I can't recommend Anna more highly. She knew my goals (weight loss and a stronger posture), and she helped me to achieve them. We worked together for the long-term, and she mixed things up so our workouts didn't get rote. Most importantly, she understood me quickly and adopted just the right mix of encouragement and support to effectively motivate me. On top of all that, she's delightful to spend time with. Anna is a fantastic and energetic trainer! I'm someone that was new to weight training and exercise in general, and I'm really glad that I found Anna to guide me through the process. She is very understanding of your needs and goals, and she really does listen to what you want to get out of each training session. She was also excellent at keeping me motivated when I wanted to slack. She knows how to make suggestions for improvement without making you feel like you're being judged. Overall, I would highly recommend Anna to anyone who needs or wants that extra support during their fitness journey!

Anna is an experienced and excellent personal trainer. I worked with her in both Boston and New York City. In both instances Anna tailored my workouts based on my fitness level and goals. Each workout was different which kept me from falling into a rut. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Anna. She is knowledgeable, personable, energetic, reliable - -And made our work out time fly by.
Anna is great! I am really seeing progress in the time that we've been working out. She does a wonderful job of mixing consistent exercises (which help me follow my progress) with new exercises! Furthermore, I now find working out much less intimidating and much more enjoyable than previously. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone who is trying to achieve their goals!
I have worked with Anna for over a year, and she is a wonderful trainer. Before we started working together we met for coffee to discuss my goals, workout style, and schedule, to make sure we would be a good fit. Anna is very motivating, and pushes me, but also understands when I need a slower class or to take a break. She’s also very reliable and responsive to all of my messages, which has made her easy to work with.
Anna has been such an important part of bettering my lifestyle over the past year. She is patient and adaptable and very easy to be around in general. She plans workouts that cater to my ability. Possibly the best part is the easy encouragement she provides without the pressure. Food management and tracking is a big part of her process and man does it help. I feel better than I have in years and am hopeful for the work we do in the coming months.
I’ve been training with Anna for about a month now and I’m truly motivated by the changes I’m seeing. One of my biweekly sessions is on Monday mornings at 6:10 am, and seriously, she gets me up and running and feeling great despite the early hour! She is super positive and personable and always brings a great playlist! Both my boyfriend and I are dealing with injuries and she is very knowledgeable and aware of what motions aggravate the pain. Plus she is a total stickler for form, which really makes all the difference when it comes to preventing further injury. She also keeps the workouts interesting and different each time, so nothing is super routine or mundane. Even once she’s sculpted us to a couple of cut marble statues she assures us she’ll still be able to make us sweat and work hard and get STRONGER! The other thing I noticed and appreciate is that Anna comes with notes and a plan for our day’s work out. This makes me feel like she is invested in our success and isn’t just showing up at our house, shrugging, and saying ‘drop and give me 20.” Plus she told me the other day that my triceps were poppin’. So a good review she will get! I love training with Anna and highly recommend her.
