I’ve always had a passion for exercise growing up, and now that I’ve become a certified personal trainer I can finally share that passion with others. My goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals and avoid the pitfalls that come with exercise. My exercise programs focus on functionality through the use of Bodyweight exercises, suspension training (TRX) and free weights. I’m pretty new to personal training, however I’ve have 8 years of ongoing experience of resistance, and Bodyweight training.

I became a personal trainer because I wanted to find solutions to all the mistakes I made in the gym over the years, and most importantly help others avoid those same mistakes. Let’s get back to the basics, and achieve our fitness goals together.
