I love helping people reach their fitness goals. In my experience, once people reach their fitness goals they don't stop there. Their lives change. I love that! I've studied Tai Chi and Chi Gung (Yang Style) for twenty years and still learning that art form. I've been lifting weights since I was fifteen and even participated in a body building show, which taught me how to build up and define muscles. I work with my clients to accomplish their goals---programs are developed and adapted to each client. Always open to feedback and adjustments. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels. I'm always reading up and taking classes in fitness to improve my programs and to help people reach their goals. Look forward to meeting you!

I would have to say the squat to row because of it's full body integration!

I first like to workout any imbalances with release and stretching followed by core work then onto the training.
My training experience
i have been a certified personal trainer for over 3 years but have been training, working out and body building since I was 15 years old.
I also have over 20 years experience in Yang style tai chi.
