Austin Davis was born June 16, 1987. Born in Savannah, GA, however, raised in Ft Walton Beach, Florida. Austin graduated Cum Laude from Savannah State University with a BFA in Visual and Performing Arts and a minor in Business Administration. Some of my fitness qualifications are listed here:

Also, you might be interested to know at his heaviest Austin was just under 400lbs. Through hard work and the right attitude he is now over 120lbs lighter. Austin is exactly the trainer I was looking for, pushes you super hard, knows his stuff, and has some great exercise ideas. But above all, he’s really taking a thorough approach to training from weekly workout programs to nutrition advice, as well as constant messaging to make sure I’m on track and working as hard during the week as I am working with him during the week end. He wants to make sure his training is beneficial on the long term rather than just having a short term impact (still making sure you are beach ready!). Can only recommend him!
Austin is great at motivating and pushing me to succeed. I'm new to personal training and am extremely happy I chose him as my trainer. He mixes in fun with hard work and makes the whole process fun and a joy for me. Austin has a great personality and sense of how to make sure you work out every muscle! He also gets you comfortable with different types of sessions, we did boxing and both outdoor and gym sessions. I appreciated how flexible he was with timing and scheduling since my schedule changes so quickly. Great!
Unfortunately, I was struggling with my weight since I was a kid. I made some progress on my own and dropped 40lbs back in 2016. I was stuck at 228lbs for about six months, and couldn’t figure out how to keep losing. I was intimidated at first but I gathered the courage to approach Austin, who at the time was training a client at my gym. Fast forward this was the best decision I made in my entire life. Austin figured out the combination of cardio, resistance training, and diet that worked for me. Today I am a whopping 195lbs of muscle. Now, my wife calls me “Slim Sexy” instead of Big Sexy, which I think will never get old lol. Thank you Austin for motivating me everyday to stay on top of my health.
