About Brad

With over 10 years of personal training experience, a Bachelors and Master's degree in exercise science/sports psych, and the NSCA's gold standard certification for strength and conditioning coaching, I am one of the most qualified and educated trainers here in New York City. Fitness is my passion, and I've followed that passion all the way to the USA team for Strongman Fitness World Championships. I approach every trainee with grounded science and experience. I also write a monthly article for Muscle & Fitness and post a few articles per month to my site.



My primary philosophy for training is that if you want to look like an athlete, you need to train and eat like one. Together we can get you lean, fit, and toned in a safe and healthy way with your own customized training program.
