About Brandon

Brandon is a health and fitness specialist with over 20 years’ experience training men and women to achieve their health and fitness goals. He has garnered multiple certifications and a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on injury prevention. He has worked with diverse populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and everything in between.


Brandon utilizes a progressive approach towards the achievement of health and fitness that is specific about form, posture and technique. Although resolute about proper mechanics, his sessions are creative, dynamic and fun. He aims to create functional bodies that are beautiful, streamlined and balanced, enhancing self-image actualization, self-awareness and a zest for life.


Brandon has competed in over a half a dozen natural bodybuilding competitions. It is through this experience he has learned how to create an aesthetic physique utilizing proper nutrition, training and recuperation. He has studied Jeet Kune Do, Jujitsu and Muay Thai martial arts, as well as boxing and modern dance. Whether clients are interested in body building, fat loss, working on posture and core, flexibility and fluidity, getting toned and tight for a wedding, a photo shoot, learning self-defense or simply improving one’s quality of life, Brandon’s background will help you achieve all such goals. He loves the benefits of multi-component fitness, and through his focus, intensity and discipline these are the values he brings to you.

1. Most trainers have a personal trainer certification, but Brandon has multiple certifications and a Masters in Exercise Science. I have worked with 4 trainers prior to working with Brandon, but Brandon was the only trainer that really listened to my concerns and developed a program that I could perform every day by doing different movements and training techniques that work my body from different angles, making me feel energized, stronger, balanced, healthier and like a winner. 2. Brandon is focused on your posture, form, flexibility, muscle strength and core stability, and not chit chattering with his coworkers or club members while in the middle of training you. He explains why he has you doing a specific exercise and what muscles you should be feeling. 3. If you have a limitations and can't do a particular exercise, he has other exercises that will work the target muscle without putting stress on one’s limitations. This is very important to me, because for years I suffered from back pain, but Brandon gave me exercises to release the pressure in my back, and I have been pain free in my back ever since. 4. Additionally, when he is an instructor in a group class, regardless of your age or gender, he has us all working to our own strength level and not to the person next to you. And at the end we are all happy and not feeling cheated out of a good work out. 5. So, to recap, Brandon listens, creates a personalized program, and gets results. I am proud to say I met him over 3 years ago and he has been my personal trainer ever since. We train 2x a week and I take his MultiPhyT Strength class once per week. I feel empowered and committed and that’s because of his care and expertise.
