I am a red dragon alumni from SUNY Cortland with my bachelor’s degree in fitness development. During my three years of college I worked with a variety of clients on achieving their specific goals while remaining mindful of their limitations and expectations. I pride myself on giving all of my clients a personalized experience in the gym to not only leave feeling like a complete rock star, but being able to apply what they learn during their workout in their everyday life.
One of my clients had two bulging discs in her neck along with fibromyalgia. Although this disease is meant to limit individuals, with the proper research and exercises, this client is now happy, healthy, able to move more functionally and had NO fibromyalgia flare ups during the time we worked together.
I became a personal trainer because I lost my father due to post-op weight loss surgery complications. I believe everyone deserves a second chance at life to be healthy, happy, active and not let weight issues get in the way. This is something that can help give families more time together and improve overall quality of life.
