My training experience
I was Overweight in middle school and elementary. I gained weight at the age of 7 and blew up to a whooping 240 Pounds at 12 YEARS OLD. I know your probably wondering if I was eating anything I can get my hands on, well I did lol. I wanted to lose weight badly as I felt bad being overweight for numerous reasons, whether it was being body conscious or being picked on and etc. After a while at the age of 13 to 14 years old. I started participating in boxing for Years and then joined my High School JV Football Team at the age of 16. Ever since my boxing endeavors I kept the weight off and been happy ever since.
