Hello, I'm Caleb, a nerd, gamer, wannabe astrophysicist, and fitness enthusiast from West Virginia. I love books, music, science, and staying active.
I have been training people for almost 8 years, and I have a history with clients of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. I am passionate about forming unique bonds and creating an open dialogue with my clients to help them achieve, maintain, and exceed their individual health and fitness goals...and repeat the cycle with new goals! I am constantly researching and applying new approaches to fitness. I am a bodyweight/calisthenics specialist by passion, but I have a background in yoga, strength training, functional movement, injury prevention, weight loss, and pre/post-natal fitness. I have also worked with clients managing Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, Diabetes, Multiple-Sclerosis, and Asthma. Through comprehensive assessments, goal setting, consistent check-ins, and unique programming I am confident I can help you achieve your goals! I became a trainer to improve lives, show people what they are capable of, and learn from every person I meet.
