My favorite client story
Client X came to me with extreme high blood pressure, severe ADHD, and an irregular and badly managed eating regimen. In three months we were able to decrease her HR to not normal, but Healthy and Active leves. Six months later we had implemented a lifestyle and custom based meal plan and reduced her weight and measurements.
Now, 5 years later, client X and I still work together. She is caplable of managing her own meal strucutre, stress management is completely under control, efficiency at work has greatly increase, and she has never again suffered from high blood pressure.
My favorite exercise
I don’t hve a favorite, yet a style of favorite. I enjoy compound movements ( those where multiple joint actions are involved) as a way to provide greatest caloric and cardiac output.
My training philosophy
All bodies are capable of unthinkable and unimaginable feats. Great progression can be accomplished through hard work and dedication despite of what your limitations are. Take charge of your own success!
