I'm Cassie and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor. I have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and have been an athlete all my life. I strive to inspire my clients by leading through example on how to live a healthy and happy life, and I find great joy in helping them to feel better and become more functional in their day-to-day routine.
I work with people of all fitness levels and equally enjoy teaching beginners the principles and foundations of fitness, and helping athletes attain new heights in their performance. By incorporating foundational stability work, cardio training, strength training, and flexibility, I will help you build a stronger, more capable body and help you work towards your goals be it an upcoming wedding, running a marathon, climbing a mountain or even just lifting your grocery bags without that nagging shoulder pain.
If you teach the body to move from a place of strength and stability then pain, fatigue, injury and ailments can be avoided.
