I'm Cassie and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor. I have been in the fitness industry for 15+ years and have been an athlete all my life. I strive to inspire my clients by leading through example on how to live a healthy and happy life, and I find great joy in helping them to feel better and become more functional in their day-to-day routine.
I work with people of all fitness levels and equally enjoy teaching beginners the principles and foundations of fitness, and helping athletes attain new heights in their performance. By incorporating foundational stability work, cardio training, strength training, and flexibility, I will help you build a stronger, more capable body and help you work towards your goals be it climbing a mountain or even just lifting your grocery bags without that nagging shoulder pain.
As a retired professional dancer and now an amature rock climber and skier, I know how important a functional and capable body is. If you teach the body to move from a place of strength and stability then pain, fatigue, injury and ailments can be avoided.

My favorite moment with clients is right around week four when, suddenly, the work we have been doing begins to pay off and they see a difference in their appearance and feel different in their bodies.

I studied Pilates with Cassie for several years. Her instruction and cueing are clear, concise and do-able. She always gave me modifications and guided me gently to a higher level than I thought I could go. And, she has a sense of humor. I wish Cassie were still in my city - I miss studying with her. You are the lucky one who will become stronger, taller and healthier by training with her.
Cassie’s Pilates classes have a great warm up and provide a head to toe connection. She offers adjustments for all levels. Great for beginners and seniors like me. My private sessions with Cassie always start from where I’m at. After years of strain and injury I thought this senior citizen had to just learn to cope. Cassie patiently taught me how to do things correctly without the strain. I come away with exercises tailored to my needs. It's really helped my balance too!
