While many of my clients have come to me with common goals, whether it's weight loss, tightening up parts, or looking better in clothing, I want my clients to take away from our sessions more than just the hope of looser fitting clothing. The ultimate goals for my clients are to discover their potential, realize their strength, test their limits and break rules. I seek to help my clients feel empowered, not only in regards to fitness, but in every aspect of their lives.
I wish to inspire you to shift your focus from "I want to work out because I hate my body" to "I want to work out because I love the body that I have". While you should push your limits and achieve your aims, I want you to nurture, nourish and accept . . . realize that your worth is beyond your appearance and the number on a scale.
And while getting started on a fitness journey might initially be challenging and difficult, you should also enjoy the process! It's a great feeling to love working out!

I have worked with Cesa as my personal trainer for years. She is amazing! Every session is different so I never get bored and she always incorporates new exercises.
