Studied sports medicine in grad school. Worked as assistant in several physical therapy clinics. Teaches circus arts, general strength and conditioning to adults and children, and injury rehab/prevention. Balance and functional movement are cornerstones of his training approach and pushing people to move faster, hold static poses longer, move with more agility and to build full body strength to achieve higher fitness goals and feelings of self worth. If you can apply advanced movements your body you can free up and open your mind more! I love working with beginners and elites, and those recovering from injury who need a roadmap and/or a cheerleader!
