About Christopher

Studied sports medicine in grad school. Worked as assistant in several physical therapy clinics. Teaches circus arts, general strength and conditioning, calishenics, to adults and children, and injury rehab/prevention. Balance and functional movement are cornerstones of his training approach and pushing people to move faster, hold static poses longer, move with more agility and to build full body strength to achieve higher fitness goals and feelings of self worth.  If you can apply advanced movements your body you can free up and open your mind more!  I love working with beginners and elites, and those recovering from injury who need a roadmap and/or a cheerleader!

My favorite client story

Playing catch with a man who just had a stroke to help retrain his coordination was probably the most rewarding thing I've ever done.

My favorite exercise

Anything full body, push up, pull up, plank, climb up, muscle up, anything that forces someone to use their entire body to accomplish a task! Even that's just a really good squat.
