I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Postural Correction and pre/postnatal fitness.
I'm passionate about helping people correct their posture because I used to have terrible posture myself. My parents always told me to "stand up straight" (easier said than done). I was afraid as I aged I would look like Monty Burns from The Simpsons, with a "mighty hump."
Correcting your posture not only reduces back and neck pain, but it changes how others perceive you. You will appear more confident and slim.
Postural Correction is also important for pre & post natal clients. Your center of gravity changes as your belly grows. Strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles are crucial for any woman who is going to, or has, delivered a baby.
Being a NASM trainer for three years, I have had much success with pre & post natal clients, as well as other special populations. I've worked with clients who have osteoporosis, arthritis, cancer, and Crohn's Disease.
My training philosophy is simple: everything gets better with exercise. EVERYTHING!
