I have worked in the physical therapy setting, personal training 1 on 1, semi-private, and group training. I became a trainer after playing basketball in high school and wanted to be a trainer to young athletes, who just like me may not have someone to teach them how to take care of their bodies and progress to the next level. After my undergrad and now while doing my masters, I now want to build on that goal and help people of all ages get stronger, lose weight, build muscle and improve their fitness level. I am looking for clients who want to change their lives for the better. Clients who are willing to take the time and commit to a progressive process. Training with me, you will get my best effort. I will make sure we work towards your goals, workout safely, have a little fun, and at the same time push you to do your best.
My favorite client story
Nothing specific, but I am always happy when my clients let me know that I make them feel comfortable in the gym setting or that they are beginning to see results and changes in their posture, strength, or life. Change and improvement are always great to see.
My favorite exercise
I like to do full body exercises. I might start my workout with a squat and press. Recently, I have really liked doing a staggered deadlift with a one arm cable row. It is challenging and lights up the body’s posterior.

My training experience
I played basketball all over New York City. After earning my Exercise Science degree, I trained in a physical therapy setting. I began my Human Performance Master’s program while also jumpstarting my personal training career working with the top fitness companies. I have trained clients of all different backgrounds and goals.
