If you are reading this, then you are on the right path in obtaining your goals. This is my bio, however, my goal is not to go on about myself but rather provide you with the confidence that I can safely and efficiently get you to your goals! I have accumulated over 18 certifications throughout my 20+ years working as a trainer, however, these stats, are not what I want to praise. My dominate skill set lies in the ability to work with each client on a true, personal level. Each and every person has obstacles that prevents them from achieving their goals. It's critical to not only understand these challenges but to be able to empathize with the clients as well. It is only then, a trainer can generate a practical and realistic solution to overcome such restraints. Injuries, limited time, minimum space, kids, finances, motivation, eating habits, medical issues, process uncertainty, attention deficit, etc., the list of reasons, why you are not where you want to be physically, can go on forever, but you can't!
My training style is truly unique because it will vary not only from client to client, but from session to session as well. One day you may need a drill sergeant, another day a motivational speaker, and yet another day a someone to just listen to you. This is what I pride myself on, because this is what it really takes to make sure your goals become a reality.
For those who desire more about my accomplishments, I have had the honors of working with collegiate and pro athletes, have owned and operated my own fitness facility, and have written fitness articles for national magazines. I was awarded one of six finalist as "Trainer of the Year" by the International Youth Fitness Association (I.Y.C.A.) and received the "Distinguished Achievement Award" and "Outstanding Achievement Award" from International Sports Science Association (I.S.S.A.) I have also coached soccer, basketball, and for over 10 years, youth baseball. I received my B.S. in Computer Programming, graduating Magna Cum Laude while minoring in Sports Management. Having experienced back surgery six years ago, and living in Nassau County, New York with my wife and three kids, I can soundly relate to some of the top challenges of peak fitness; financial restrictions, limited time to train, and back discomfort! But, there is ALWAYS a way! Let me show you how.

I just had a baby a couple of months ago and I don't have too much free time to go to the gym yet, so I started training with Don, only once a week but since then I've seen the diff in my body, LOVE HIM! . He is very professional, charismatic, qualified, funny and best of all he never let me quit! time flies when I'm training. He targets everything that i should work on the most! had the pleasure of working with Don a few years back and he's wonderful. He is very uplifting and motivating on days that I just couldn't lift a finger.
