I believe we should train to become harder to kill. What does that mean? Taking a holistic approach to training including strength, conditioning, mobility, flexibility and nutrition. They are all connected and compliment one another. I'm here to help you achieve whatever goals you have more efficiently. If you're saying "Well Eric I don't have any goals" then we will figure them out together because if you are not working towards something then you aren't progressing. I will teach you how to properly exercise safely with confidence, develop good habits and lead an overall healthy lifestyle.

I don't think I would have been able to get to where I am without Eric's help! It's always been very hard for me to gain muscle and stick to a routine. But Eric's infectious optimism and effort helped me finally gain the definition I've been looking for. He's always down to talk on the phone to provide support or keep you on track. Eric gives you a new workout that's fun, engaging, pushing your limits. Aside from the sessions, he will give you a in-depth meal plan and help you with your diet. I highly recommend him!
Before I trained with Eric, I had two other personal trainers who were helpful, but not as good as Eric. Unlike the other two trainers, Eric came up with new workout techniques every session to work out different muscles. He takes good care of his clients and strives to help them reach their goal.
