My approach goes beyond teaching others how to exercise, it's a holistic approach that encompasses understanding the "why now" and creating a tailored plan that will set them up for success for the long term, helping them lead a lifestyle that they enjoy and feel good about.
I love a good morning river run and HIIT training and enjoy trying new exercise methods all the time. I'm also a huge healthy snack food junkie, always trying new products and enjoy whipping up a healthy version of my favorite foods such as my guilt free chocolate lava mug cake!
