My name is Erin. I am a certified Pilates (machine and mat) & Barre instructor, and have been teaching for over 15 years. As a professional dancer with a renowned dance company, fitness has always been my passion and livelihood. My clients range from professional athletes, pre-post natal, the elderly, clients with scoliosis, runners, as well as complete beginners and those looking to incorporate fitness and exercise into their daily routine. I’m well versed in different teaching methods including Pilates, barre, ballet, stretching, thai massage, nutrition, and guided meditation.
