Hello! I have a personal trainer for almost three years now, and I absolutely love what I do. With me, you will get a complimentary session, so I can evaluate your goals, exercise history, medical conditions, ability and then from there I will design a customized program for you to get results. Sessions will be an hour long and include warm-up, the workout, and a cool down/stretch. I have worked with all types of clients from beginners to athletes. I have worked with weight loss clients and strength clients. I became a trainer to help people get results because I know how important it is. I can't wait to work with you!
