I am an athlete, former dancer and sprinter. I am competing in bodybuilding. After years on Wall Street I changed my life to pursue my true passion- fitness and nutrition.
I focus on strength training. I’ve helped people loose weight, as gain mass, get ready for events or simply live a healthier life. I have a post graduate degree in physiology of exercise & nutrition.
