I specialize in personal training as part of a greater Lifestyle Modification Program that incorporates all the major factors that influence weight loss & our overall wellness.
Weight loss as we all know, isn’t simply resolved by just adding exercise to your weekly routine. It goes much deeper than that!
Nutrition, stress reduction, sleep, hydration, our emotional, mental, physical & spiritual states, our external environment all affect us and partake in our health, wellness & physical fitness or lack thereof.
Having gone through my own struggles with weight, emotional eating, addiction, health issues caused by work stress I can relate to the challenges & obstacles this journey to a happier & healthier you can bring. I have also experienced the bliss that comes with making healthier choices.
If you feel ready then we both know: The time is NOW or it will never happen! There is just no two ways about it. There will always be something in your way that has the power to hold you back, IF YOU LET IT!

Great Workout with Fran! I was really impressed by how thoughtful Fran was in preparing for our first session. I wanted to work out in the park near my apartment. She arrived on time with gear and had scoped out a great park spot ahead of time. She had a good variety of exercises for me and went through each one with me, really being attentive and thoughtful. I was sore afterwards but felt great. Looking forward to the next workout:)
