Gabriel has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2007, is an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, a Certified TRX Instructor, and is a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor with Power Pilates NYC currently engaged in a 600 hour apparatus apprenticeship. I have been training with Gabriel for 3 years. I've been skeptical of most trainers being that each person has their teaching styles. To train with Gabriel is always fun! He used to train me in the gym and outdoor at the summer time. He has routines for any occasion and never let me slick out.
