My name is Gal and I am a trainer for the past 6 years, After 3 demanding years in the army my body was a mass and a surgery needed to happen too, after recovering I wanted to go back and be active and do what I love but the doctor told me that I should just stick to walking, I needed to find a better answer so I started to research and became a trainer with a wide verity of experience, in the beginning, it was to help my self and now I help others in their journey and start or go back to do what they love.
I had the chance to work with all ages from 7 to 70, I work with nice people, It's all about the chemistry and it is important to find a good match to work with for the upcoming months, a session will include a warm up the specific work and a cooldown and stretching.
