About Georgia

A typical session involves a low to average amount of intergrated cardio dependent on the individual client and the clients goals, and much strength and resistance training. My specialty is training women to get those long lean lines they’ve always dreamt of, and to give women the confidence they need when it comes to lifting weights, erasing any misconception of it bulking you out. I’ve been weight training for years and want to be able to show women of all shapes and sizes that it’s more effective to lose weight and tone up.
