My favorite client story
A client had a back injury and was nervous to deadlift. The first couple of months was to practice safety first and the basic movements without weight. After 3 months, he was able to 20kg of weight without hesitation or pain, and felt more confident in his movements. From someone to be nervous about lifting 10kg with a kettlebell because they thought they were going to get a back injury, but actually ended up moving better and getting stronger will always be a favourite client story, and means that I did my job as a coach.
My favorite exercise
Conventional barbell deadlift.

Fantastic trainer. She’s knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. She helped me ease into training. Largely focused on proper form to ensure I reach my goals, while avoiding injury
I was really sceptical about getting a trainer. I'd usually just go to a small gym by me, and wasn't getting the results I wanted. A friend referred me to Grisselle, and she's been training with for a while. I love how patient, knowledgable and empathetic she is. Definitely recommend!
Grisselle is a great trainer, educated and accommodating. She's also pretty easy going and didn't get frustrated either. I don't come from an athletic or fitness background, and it was a bit nerve-wracking for me at first. It was really reassuring that she simplified exercises for me and that she knows her stuff.
I’ve been searching for a personal trainer but was finding the process a bit intimidating. A friend referred me to Grisselle and I’ve been training with her twice a week for a few months already. She’s amazing. She makes me feel comfortable and it’s not pushy. She asked me what are my goals, set up a plan and it’s been great. She gives me lots of advice. It’s been life changing for the best. Can’t thank her enough.
