That summarizes my training philosophy. I was lucky to discover physical activity when I was very young, but I realize that not everybody is so fortunate. If you are a beginner and feel intimidated to start, I can help you feel exercise as an enjoyable and fun activity. Or maybe you just fell off the fitness wagon for a bit and need some push to develop the habit again? I can help with that too. Or you are already active and want progress, a new challenge maybe? I'm your person!
My own fitness path has taken me through different situations, and I have learnt to appreciate each of them and shape them to the present moment and goals. I discovered Fitness as child, and I have always included exercise in my life, at amateur and professional levels in different moments. I have experience with new and old trends, in Europe, where I grew up, and in the US now.
Besides my personal training qualifications, I taught dance-aerobics and step in the past and I like using music as a motivator for non-choreographed workouts too. Outside the gym, I am a scientist. I have postgraduate education in human physiology, fat metabolism and cardiovascular health, which gives me a better understanding of fitness for health. Exercise provides with well-known positive health effects, mental and physical. I hope you will enjoy these benefits and feel energized with my workouts!
