Thanks for checking out my trainer bio. As a former gymnast with an educational background in biological sciences, I'm able to offer effective (and FUN!) programs along with science based information on nutrition and wellness, no matter what your goal may be.

I became a fitness coach because I want to give as many people as I can reach tools and accurate information on how to live a healthier lifestyle and not feel like its something that is unattainable.
