Most of my clients would describe me as encouraging and inventive. I like to change things up so you don't get bored and have a great ability to work around injuries and ailments. My style is a blend depending on what's needed and when. I pull from classic weight training, HIIT, Pilates, yoga and even breath work. I am crazy about proper form and want you to get the best workout possible, while preventing injury. I also am a jokester and like to keep it real. Separately I teach indoor cycling, which I also love.

Jackie is a great trainer! I already do a lot of cardio (mainly running) but lack the knowledge and willpower for strength training on my own. Every week, Jackie has been focusing on different muscle groups and I really look and feel stronger. She is also very accessible via email and text. Any time I've needed to change times, she has been flexible. Jackie also has given me lots of exercises to try on my own. :) If you are looking to improve, definitely consider giving Jackie a try!
I've worked with a few trainers in the past and jackie is by far the best one I've ever had. She is motivating and encouraging and challenges you in a positive way. The best thing about her training sessions is that she always makes sure you are doing everything with proper form. Jackie always has a plan ready for every session and is ready to get to work every time.
I trained with Jackie once to twice a week from 2016-2017. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone - she's kind, funny, sensitive to your individual needs and past or present injuries, and knows how to challenge you in a way that is fun and encouraging and suited to your personality. I definitely noticed significant improvements in strength, stability, performance (I'm a runner and climber and wanted to improve), and appearance after working with her. I really miss working with Jackie because while I might have walked away tired and sore, I never felt better physically or mentally than I did after those sessions.
My go-to excerises have always been easy, either walking or yoga. I really wanted to build some strength but getting motivated was Really difficult until I found Jackie! Just the thought of her puts a smile on my face! She's so encouraging, understanding, so much fun to be around, truly genuine & extremely motivating! Jaclynn Baynes is an amazing trainer. I can’t think of anything or anyone who’s been more important to my physical and emotional well being than Jaclynn Baynes. Before training with Jaclynn, I didn’t really exercise. I had never belonged to a gym. She was patient and kind with me and incredibly motivating. I left those first workouts sore, but within a matter of months I began to notice a drastic difference in my body and mood. And now, a year and a half later, I can’t imagine life without exercise in it. She’s professional and has a really cool vibe.
