I am a 200-HR RYT through Pure Yoga in NYC and have over 10 years of yoga training and experience. As a professional Broadway and ballet dancer, I first took a Bikram yoga class to supplement my dance training, and soon my yoga practice become a full focus of its own.
My Private Yoga Sessions are particularly great if you:
-Are a first timer who needs a proper introduction to yoga
-Take group classes but are unsure of proper alignment or of what you should be "feeling" in the poses
-Are supplementing other physical training and want a personalized session catered towards your needs
-Want a session that can effectively work around an injury
-Looking to advance your yoga practice
-Looking to increase flexibilty and core strength

Prior to teaching yoga, I worked as a technology investment analyst at an NYC based hedge fund.
