About Jeffrey

Jeffrey is a NASM Certified personal trainer with a focus on endurance and strength training. He started his fitness journey about 8 years ago to combat his weight gain and depression, coupled with health issues. Once Jeffrey started this healthy lifestyle, he fell in love with it. Some friends and family became inspired to ask for advice and even started training with him. With the extensive knowledge he's gained from research and industry professionals, Jeffrey pursued a career in personal training with the goal to not only make people look good but feel amazing. He believes fitness is first and foremost a physical, as well as mental, transformation and he can't wait to help you along your journey.
