When you workout with me, my goal is to leave you feeling more confident and stronger than when you started your session. I want to challenge you with a workout that incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training), core and strength work, and stretching. I create innovative and creative routines that engage your muscles by working with TRX straps, balls, weights, steps and bands among other equipment. Keeping your workout fresh and interesting will help you develop habits leading to a healthier, fitter you! I enjoy working with women of all ages and fitness levels, as well as with youth and men. If you participate in hobbies or sports, I will include supportive exercises in your plan. I can also encourage and train you for an upcoming 5 or 10K race even if you have never run before. If you have active vacation plans, I can prepare you for whatever challenges lie ahead. I am here to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. As a former elementary education teacher, I thrive on variety and creativity. I became a Personal Trainer because I realized how much exercise positively effects my life. I wanted to learn more about it and share my passion. My goal is to encourage and keep people moving throughout their lives. I know how quickly a day can go by; somedays you just need a quick workout, and I’ve got that for you. I’m here to help you build confidence, strength and improve your attitude through movement. Jennifer Hale is a terrific trainer and stellar woman. She is about the most positive person I've ever met, so she just makes you feel good about everything you are doing while she is working with you. I do a group class with her once a week and a semi-private class with one friend once a week. Both are challenging but don't make it so you don't want to come!! With a group, she is wonderful about offering options to fit your capabilities. I happen to be over ten years older than everyone in the group but I just do it and follow her instructions for what works for me, in the group class. I have bone density issues and have been doing yoga and walking forever, but really needed more work with weights. I'm so glad to be doing that work with Jennifer and highly recommend her as a trainer!!

In addition to making sure you get a comprehensive strength and flexibility building workout, she keeps extensive notes to ensure the program she designs protects you from injury (old and new), addresses any imbalances, and keeps you progressing towards your goal. Jennifer Hale is an awesome trainer! Her sessions combine toning, cardio and stretching for a complete body workout. The exercises she chooses are always fun and her music is great. It’s always fun, never boring and I feel great after my workout. I highly recommend her class
I hate going to the gym, but Jennifer’s class is a fun workout filled with nice people. Each week, the exercises are a little different and I am definitely working out different muscles than I would on my own. Good combination of high energy and strength training. Xoxo
