Are you ready to sweat, strengthen, stretch and shine? Then let’s get to work! When you workout with me, my goal is to leave you feeling more confident and stronger than when you started your session. I want to challenge you with a workout that incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training), core and strength work, and stretching. I create innovative and creative routines that engage your muscles by working with TRX straps, balls, weights, steps and bands among other equipment. Keeping your workout fresh and interesting will help you develop habits leading to a healthier, fitter you! I enjoy working with women of all ages and fitness levels, as well as with youth and men. If you participate in hobbies or sports, I will include supportive exercises in your plan. I can also encourage and train you for an upcoming 5 or 10K race even if you have never run before. If you have active vacation plans, I can prepare you for whatever challenges lie ahead. I am here to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. As a former elementary education teacher, I thrive on variety and creativity. I became a Personal Trainer because I realized how much exercise positively effects my life. I wanted to learn more about it and share my passion. My goal is to encourage and keep people moving throughout their lives. I know how quickly a day can go by; somedays you just need a quick workout, and I’ve got that for you. I’m here to help you build confidence, strength and improve your attitude through movement.
