Jessica is really amazing, she takes her time to figure out what works best for you. The first time I worked out with her, I used muscles I didn’t even know I had, and I loved it. She has helped me take better care of myself and I couldn’t be happier to have her as a trainer.

Jessica is awesome! I hadn't really worked out in a very very long time (embarrassing really) but she was patient and encouraging. She's very knowledgeable and will listen to your needs, making helpful suggestions. I've definitely noticed a difference in my strength and the booty is lifting! I highly recommend Jessica!
This is my first time trying FYT and when I filled out all of my information Jess was my top match. I decided to go with her because of her high rating and certification. I was looking for a solution to working out since I personally found it difficult to go to the gym because of quarantine, and with the cold weather it was getting tougher to work out outside. I'll admit I was skeptical of doing online training at first but I am so glad I did it. Jess helped me get what I needed and set nutrition goals for me and set me up with an actual routine. She gets very excited when she sees me progressing and always makes sure that there is no pain in my old injury area. Definitely recommend her, 5 stars.
