I fell in love with fitness about 5 years ago and over the past 5 years, I've come to realize that many people still have a lot of questions about fitness despite the growing number of fitness experts and easily accessible information out there. Digging a little further, I discovered why - too much information, not being able to determine fact vs fiction, as well as the inability of trainers to empathize with their current level of fitness.
I remember what it was like to start my fitness journey and I wish I had someone in my corner to properly guide, educate, and encourage me. So I made a decision to be that someone in the corner, teaching, motivating, educating, and empowering others to embrace, love, and be in control of their body.
I love discovering different ways to get people moving and I'm passionate about teaching people the right and safe way to achieve their fitness goals!
