Jessica grew up in the mountains of Canada and adopted an active lifestyle from an early age, mostly because if you aren’t constantly moving in Canada you’ll get frostbite and die. Her movements of choice were competitive softball, hockey, track and a few brief flirtations with other sports for which you have to be much taller than her statuesque 5’2”. A cheerleader at Queen’s University, she now serves as cheerleader for you in class or on the personal training floor. Her training style is light-hearted, yet no nonsense. She’ll push you hard and keep your technique on point but never let you forget that fitness is supposed to be energizing, empowering, and even a little bit fun.
