About Jill
My name is Jill Gola. I'm a certified personal trainer and instructor. I teach many different class formats including: barre, pilates, megaformer, yoga, sculpt. TRX, stretching, running classes and do one on one sessions as well. I currently have my own personal training business and teach classes at Pure Barre. In my spare time you will find me running, taking yoga classes and mega former classes. I love traveling the world and meeting new people.

Jill is probably my favorite trainer and I have had several. She keeps the workout fresh on a weekly basis. We are always trying new things like Dumbell workouts, Trx, pilates, and cardio intervals. Sometimes we train outdoor and use the battle ropes and set up various workout stations. I love the variety and she keeps me excited for the next workout session.
Jill is the best! She completely helped me to lose unwanted extra weight from my pregnancy. She helped me to quickly tone up and get stronger. She had me doing cardio, pilates, and strength training. She’s a pure gem!
