Josh holds experience in the fitness industry that only few can replicate. He holds experience working in cardiac rehabilitation as a clinical exercise physiologist, outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation as a technician, and commercial fitness as a personal trainer. He has proven experience working with patients and clients with histories of stroke, cardiovascular disease, and orthopedic-related conditions. In addition, he works with healthy clients on various ends of the fitness spectrum.
The philosophy of his training consists of blending the lines between physical rehabilitation and fitness. His top priority is to make sure each client achieves his/her fitness goals effectively and safely. With this passion in mind, Josh is currently in Physical Therapy school at New York University.
