Kacey is one of the best trainers I've ever trained with. He's shown me the ways of how to be a powerful weight lifter. Kacey is a very patient trainer, he nails done every workout to the TEE! The first thing I would like to say is that Kacey is very professional! I have never felt uncomfortable around him, and he has a certain energy that helps motivate you to want to succeed. He is also patient and willing to accommodate pre-existing injuries (I have one on my left knee). I also feel comfortable asking him for advice on my diet - growing up in a Sicilian household there was a lot of spaghetti and fried/breaded pork chops. Overall, if you want someone who enjoys seeing his clients succeed and is passionate about his job, Kacey is someone I would recommend!
