My Story

In 2011, I moved to NYC as a professional modern dancer and lover of city life.  Since then I have developed my experience and career in pursuit of better health and stronger bodies for those at the highest risk or top of their game.  My approach to health and athleticism aims to provide personalized training based in strength, biomechanics, stability and function. And sweat.

My mission is to promote optimum physicality, attack goals and work towards a pain free, more durable frame.  I am a full time fitness coach and part time exercise physiologist at Mount Sinai Saint Luke's Hospital.
