About Kathryn

Kathryn is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and KBC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor. She believes that the body is our greatest tool. We’ve each only got one body; we should make it the best and healthiest it can be. As both a performer and a competitive Spartan Racer, Kathryn looks to challenge her body and keep it performing at its highest level. She takes the same approach with her clients helping them to achieve their fitness goals as well as function in a healthy manner for their daily lives.
