I train to build better habits. Results will follow. Focusing on consistency and building good habits is the hardest part. My job is to encourage growth and confidence. Training should be enjoyable.
My clients range the 20 years old student who loves running but wants to learn how to lift weights, to the 75 year old who wants to regain range of motion and prevent falls. From the mother of two who recently became an "empty nester", to the husband-to-be who just wants to look good in his tuxedo. I was a competitive athlete growing up and have taken that competitive spirit and knowledge of movement into the fitness world by helping others achieve their goals.
