Hi! I'm Kitty and I got into the wonderful world of fitness when I was 19 years old when I took my first Muay Thai class. I remember signing up for the membership right after the first class because I knew deep down that I was about to change my life! I was an out of shape 19 year old that couldn't even run up the block without wheezing and in this journey, I taught myself how to do my first pushup, pullup, and run a 5k. The feeling of of empowerment was so great that I knew I had to share it with others. Years later, I have completely enveloped my life in fitness (you could say I'm obsessed) by becoming a trainer and I am ready to face new challenges and help my clients conquer the fitness challenges ahead of them.
My favorite client story
My favorite client story is when I taught her how to do her first pushup. She started with struggling on even doing negatives on her knees because she was scared of falling but I was there to encourage her and now she can do full pushups on her feet. She also follows the training program I give her and goes to the gym on her own when she is not working out with me!
