About Lisa
I am a former professional athlete with over a decade of personal training experience. I started training youth softball athletes in the early 2000's, and branched out into the personal training and performance world soon after my collegiate experience. I offer a variety of training approaches including; yoga, sports performance, Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Strength, Cardiovascular, Core, group fitness, weight loss, and nutrition. I have experience working with a variety of client issues, conditions including: Parkinson's disease, Dementia, scoliosis, shoulder injuries, postural work, and hip replacements. I have worked with athletes in a multitude of sports including; Baseball, Softball, Gymnastics, Climbing, Fighting, and Crossfit.
