I recently relocated to NYC and have been training for 20 years. Strength training specializing in body types, yoga sessions specializing in flexibility and relaxation! As a 55 year old fitness guru I d like to focus my trainings on combination of strength cardio and flexibility using my many years of fitness knowledge and I don't believe in " hard core" but just want our bodies are asking us to do to move, to stay healthy!

My training philosophy
To train smart...MOVE our bodies...no need to "kill"ourselves...listen to your body!Strength,cardio,flexibility-20 mins of each per session...gives optimal results...toning, heart conditioning, prevent injury...its that simple!
