I am a NYC based personal trainer ! I have been training for 25 years. Strength training specializing in body types, yoga sessions specializing in flexibility and relaxation! As a 58 year old fitness guru I d like to focus my trainings on combination of strength , cardio and flexibility using my many years of fitness knowledge ! I specialize in creating fun individualized programs to meet each clients unique needs .. I am not a one size fits all trainer !!
