About Lola

My style naturally prevents injury. During my 10+ years as a trainer in New York City I have learned how important it is to figure out each client’s specific body type and discover what they personally need to achieve their goals. I focus on alignment, preventative injury, core work, workout plans, and getting in shape. You don’t have to hurt yourself to get in shape. I’m extremely personable yet hold high professional standards. In a session you’ll get the smile, you’ll get my personality, you’ll get the trust…but I’m hardcore. I will challenge you and guarantee to give you what you need.

"Four years ago I started training with Lola. Due to a back injury, bad knees, problems going up/down stairs, a doctor told me I should start building muscles due to the eventuality of needing knee replacements. This would make me stronger and more able to get through the post-op. Four years later, due to Lola's diligence, caring, PUSHING, I am stronger, walking up and down stairs easily, and finding that the knee replacements can wait! I am stronger than I have been in years. Swimmers (a back exercise where you lay on your stomach and lift up using all of your back muscles.) Amazing technique for strengthening the back!

My training experience

I've been active with exercise since highschool, teaching aerobics at my local YMCA. In college I taught aerobics classes, and then once I moved to NYC I became a certified personal trainer working 2 years in a corporate gym and then becoming private.
