Eight years ago, as a senior in college, I decided that I was finally going to turn my life around and get in shape. Growing up I was always overweight but it was once I got to college that it started to get really bad. By my senior year I weighed 280 lbs and with dedication, patience and a goal in mind I was able to lose 85 lbs. After losing all of that weight, I ended up becoming TOO skinny which is a problem a lot of people wish they had but it's not such a great look for someone who is 6'5" with long limbs! I then worked on adding muscle which isn't an easy task for someone who has long limbs. Whether you're trying to lose weight or pack on some muscles, I can relate and help. I love to work with people who need the extra push and accountability because I understand how hard it could be to stay the course and do more than just wish I was in better shape. I understand how it feels to lack self confidence and feel like you'll never get to the body you want.
