I have been a personal trainer for 10 years including one year as a trainer at Equinox gym .Since the beginning of my career, I've worked with many clients and have helped them adopt a healthy lifestyle and get in better shape. I have a client that was on a heart transplant list. After training with me and eating healthy he is finally off the list! Hard work and dedication really pays off.

I love squats and planks! Be prepared to do several variations/modifications when you train with me.

Have worked with Maria and I think she is a really great trainer. Will continue to train with her. Communicates very well what she wants you to do and one thing I think is very important that a trainer should do, is touch the part of your body to make sure you are engaging it - like your core, and Maria does just that!! I'd totally recommend her!!
I was recently diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and the cardiologist recommended I lose a substantial amount of weight and improve my cardio. I have only been working with Maria for about a month, yet she was able to quickly design a program that was both flexible in working around my back and sciatica pain and focused on improving my overall health. I have made a great deal of progress while working with her and always look forward to our sessions. During my workouts; She is always making sure I am safe, using proper form and motivates me when I need a little extra push.
Maria is the perfect trainer for me. I have never been athletic and had several flexibility challenges. Maria was patient in giving me time to build some basic level of fitness, while still pushing me to slowly stretch my limitations every session. She has provided ample of variations over the past few weeks to keep me engaged. Every time I travel, I get the right recommendations for workouts that I can continue to do independently. She is super professional and very accommodating. If I have needed to reschedule due some last minute conflict, she has been flexible in re-scheduling. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer and plan to continue with her for a long time ahead!!!
Maria is a great trainer for me. I have never worked out regularly before, and she was very patient and encouraging in the beginning. She is always on time and energetic, and flexible with scheduling - which I appreciate a lot.
