I'm a total goof who loves fitness and wants my sessions to be fun and challenging for all of my clients! I have been a distance runner, distance swimmer, power lifter, kickboxer, boxer, and everything in between. Movement for health is my passion, and I am all about Body Positive Fitness. I encourage my clients to love their bodies in all stages of training and movement. I create workouts based on what clients enjoy doing most (and lots of boxing, because who doesn't like hitting stuff!?) I encourage open communication and an open and positive attitude towards exercise.
