I seek to constantly expand my knowledge and integrate productive training practices for my clients. My experience in an eclectic mix of disciplines (strength training, martial arts, fencing, dance, rock climbing, the Alexander Technique, etc.) has helped to inform my work with people who have a wide range of backgrounds, abilities, and objectives. However, training with me is not your random, flavor of the week (weak?) exercise class. The tools and strategies employed are time-tested, evidence-based, and are designed to help you reach your goals in the safest, most efficient manner possible.
I believe pushing oneself physically demands and develops incredible focus and willpower, which can potentially translate to other areas of your life.
