I became a trainer because I was a college athlete and wanted to get ahead of the competition. As time progressed and I learned more about what the body can do I started to train younger athletes helping them improve their strength and conditioning. As I continued my journey in personal training I began to work with clients in different aspects of personal training such as weight training, like bulking and lean muscle building, and started to focus in that part of training as well. One of my best successes was when I helped one of my clients improve his vertical jump. He really wanted to be able to touch a 10-foot rim and at the end of our training he not only touched rim, he could hang from it. Another success I had was with a client who had emotional stress. She told me that she was so depressed that life had no meaning. As we began our journey she started was so uncomfortable, but as we started working out regularly she started to feel more confidence within herself and now she's super positive.
