I got into fitness as a way to hold my self accountable. Growing up dancing, I knew how important proper form was, and wanted to make sure I had proper form in the gym. Using myself as a guinea pig and realizing how *quality over quantity* is more important than anything, I wanted to be able to share this with others, so they didn't make the same mistakes I did in the beginning of my fitness journey. Now, many years later, I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
